Wakefield Born Sam showed an interest in the stage from a very young age.

Starting mainly on the violin at such a young age,by the time he was 15 London was already calling!

Sam played internationally on the violin,including Russia, Germany and france to name a few.

After needing a change, Sam directed his talents towards creating Miss Sam Buca.

Performing mainly as cabaret, but also as a DJ and Hostess at hundreds of venues across the UK, including the famous Funnygirls and Roxys (working with the one and only Roxy Hart herself) in blackpool, Miss Sam Buca has delighted and enthralled many audiences with her exceptional and natural talent.

Being named as one of the best Liza’s on the circuit, Miss Sam Buca’s show is a mix of Glam and comedy, that will keep your eyes glued to the stage as she entertains you with her energy, her wit and her glamour.

Known for her costumes, you will be amazed as she performs at least 6 quick costume changes, going from feathers and sequins to cleverly designed visual costumes in less than 40 seconds.

Sam Buca has performed abroad in turkey since 2007 (Hisaronu and Marmaris), building a fantastic reputation with holiday makers, who return year after year to see her.

Sam Buca Performs as many iconic female stars including Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli, Shirley Bassey, Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Julie Andrews just to name a few.

1.) If you could give the world one piece of advice, what would it be?
Smile! When you smile, the whole world smiles with you!

2.) If you could have a room full of any one thing, what would it be?
Champagne, my favourite drink!

3.) If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
To stop buying any thing that sparkles! I really am like a magpie!

4.) What would you attempt if you knew you could not fail?
My driving test… At least I know I wouldn’t nearly drive into a river this time!

5.) What is the best advice you’ve ever given and received?
The best advice I’ve given is that ‘You have to remember it’s nice to be important but it’s more important to be nice.’ The advice I was given is ‘Always leave them wanting more!’

6.) What is your greatest regret?
My greatest regret is not going to see Liza Minnelli on her last tour, when I had the chance!

7.) What is your biggest achievement?
It’s not really an achievement but more of an honor: Meeting Liza Minnelli and asking her about what her mother, Judy Garland, was like. Her response… ‘Mama was Mama.. Amazing in every way.’

8.) If you could date anyone who would it be?
Neil Diamond.. in his younger days! I’ll be his ‘sweet Caroline’!

9.) Are you gay?
Quite simply.. Yes!

Miss Sam Buca will be performing tomorrow at Wakefield Pride 2012 along with many other artists, the action starts at 1pm on Southgate, Wakefield.
